Sales Terms & Conditions
  • Subject to SURAT Jurisdiction.
  • Goods have been sold & despatched at the entire risk of the purchaser.
  • Complaint, if any regarding the invoice must be informed in writing within 48 hours.
  • If you believe that the product is not in good condition, or if the packaging is tampered
    with or damaged, before accepting delivery of the goods, please refuse to take
    delivery of the package, and mail with picture on info@kimora.in mentioning your order
    reference number. We shall make our best efforts to ensure that a replacement delivery
    is made to you at the earliest.
  • The shipment will be dispatched in the 10 Days after the full payment.
Returns Policy
  • Only Product To Product return will be entertained. Cash refund will not be entertained.
  • Client is responsible for the shipping charges to distribution centre for all products
    being shipped for return, exchange or replacement if it was an ordering error by the
    customer. Client is responsible for all the risk of loss and damage to products being
    shipped for the return, exchange or replacement.
  • Boxed products- Please fully insure return shipment in case of loss or damage,
    shipment must be sent prepaid. Please use a carrier that is able to provide you the
    proof of delivery. This is for your protection as well as our to ensure quick action on
    your return.
  • A return request should be made with our Customer Service Department with First
    Class Saleable goods. Such request must be made within 10 days of receipt of goods.
    Return request should include the reason, quantity by style, Number and date of the
    invoice relating to the merchandise.
