Return & Exchange Policy

At Kimora, we strive to provide our customers with the best possible shopping experience. We understand that sometimes you may need to exchange or return an item, and we want to make this process as easy and convenient as possible.

Exchange Policy

  • We offer an exchange facility within 3 days from the date of delivery.

  • To ensure the highest quality standards, products must be returned in their original condition, unused and unwashed, with all original tags intact.

  • The return shipment should include original packaging, invoice, courier receipt, and all related documents.(a clear unboxing video is mandatory as proof)

  • Kindly ensure the product is securely packed to avoid any damage during transit. Items received in a damaged, soiled, altered, or used condition will not be accepted & Without Unboxing video will not be accepted returns.

  • Sale items are not eligible for exchange or return.

  • As we currently do not offer a pickup facility, customers are requested to self-ship the product(s) back to us.

  • Return shipping charges are to be borne by the customer.

  • For convenience, we recommend shipping via India Post for nominal charges. Upon successful approval, a ₹100 shipping credit will be adjusted in the order value. Please note, this is a partial reimbursement and not a full refund of Order costs.

  • Once the returned product successfully passes inspection, the exchange will be processed within 24–48 working hours.

  • Each order is eligible for one exchange only. Items once exchanged will not be eligible for further exchange or return.

 

Return & Refund Policy

Refunds are offered only under specific circumstances, as outlined below:

  • If the product is delivered in a damaged condition (a clear unboxing video is mandatory as proof).

  • If the ordered product is out of stock after purchase.

  • If Wrong Product Delivered. (a clear unboxing video is mandatory as proof).

  • If we are unable to dispatch the order within the committed delivery timeline.

  • Please note that ₹200 will be deducted from the refundable amount towards logistics charges.

  • All products eligible for a return or refund must be in their original condition, unused and unwashed, with all tags and labels intact.

  • All return and refund requests are subject to quality verification and approval by our team.

How to Initiate a Return

  • Please email us at support@kimora.in with the subject line ORDER ID / Reason for Return.

  • In your email, include complete order details along with the unboxing video.

  • Upload and share clear images of the product you wish to return.

  • Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will notify you via email.

  • After the returned item is received and successfully passes our quality inspection, a credit note will be issued to you via email.

  • The credit note may be used to purchase a different size, the same product, or any other available article.

  • The credit note is also valid on sale items.

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds on international orders.

International Orders

  • You will receive an order confirmation email once your purchase is successfully placed.

  • After dispatch, tracking details will be shared via email to help you monitor your shipment.

  • We ship both domestic and international orders through registered courier partners.

  • International orders are usually delivered within 10–12 business days, subject to destination and customs clearance.

  • Any customs duties, import taxes, or additional charges levied by the destination country must be borne by the customer.

Please note: Sundays, and Public Holidays are not considered working days for standard deliveries.
