Return & Exchange Policy
We have a customer friendly 2 days return & 10 days exchange policy:
Refunds will be issued only via RazorpayX links and no other medium.

Cancellation Policy:
- If unfortunately you have to cancel an order, kindly do so before your order is shipped. Please log into your account and click on "cancel order" option against the order number that you want to cancel.
- If you cancel your order before it is shipped, we will refund you the entire amount.
Return Policy:
- If you think, you have received the product in a bad condition or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged before delivery, please refuse to accept the package and return the package to the delivery person. Also, please email us at Support@kimora.in mentioning your Order ID.
- We will personally ensure that a brand new replacement is issued to you with no additional cost.
- If you do not like the product, you will have to raise a return request from your account. You can log in to your account if you already have one or create a new one using the same email id which is used while placing the order. There is Return / Exchange option available to choose from and we will arrange for the pick up from your doorstep.
- Return request will not be accepted through any other medium like email, Facebook / Instagram chat or phone call.
- In case due to certain circumstances after raising the return request within 48 hours you are unable to return the shipment within the time frame no refund would be made. Only credit note would be given.
- When you return the product to the courier guy, it is mandatory to take a receipt ( physical or through message). In case of lost shipment we will need the proof of return by you.
- Refund would be processed within 4-7 days after the product is received back to our warehouse in Pune.
Apart from condition reserved herein above, the following products
shall not be eligible for return or replacement, viz:
- Any product that exhibits physical damage to the product
- If the saree has been ordered with fall and edging
- If the product is customized for you
- If the Return or Exchange is requested after 48 hours of receiving the shipment.
- If the product is made to order
Exchange Policy:
- You have to raise an exchange request within 10 days of receiving the product. You can log in to your account if you already have one or create a new one using the same email id which is used while placing the order. There is an exchange option available and we will arrange for the pick up from your doorstep.
- Once we have it with us, we will ship the replacement product to you within 5-7 working days. Please note KIMORA will arrange for the pick up from your door step
- Exchange is not possible if the saree has fall and edging done to it
- Exchange would not be accepted if the product was customized
for you. - If you want to exchange the product you ordered for with another
product of higher amount, we would give you a coupon code for the amount of the product you returned. You can use this code while placing order and pay the balance amount on your next purchase. - If you want to exchange your product with another product of
lower amount, we would ship the product as soon as we receive it and the balance would be given in the form of credit note. - Return or exchange of the exchanged product is not possible.
- No discount will be given on exchange orders.
How to use STORE CREDIT :
1) The STORE CREDIT will have 3 months of Validity from the date of creation.
2) The STORE CREDIT has to be used in one Go for the order .
3) You have to apply the store credit on the checkout page.
4) Once opted for the STORE CREDIT you cannot opt for REFUND.
International Shipping
Order is placed it can be cancelled within 24 hours only.
1. If you cancel your order, we will refund the amount with 5% deduction from the whole amount as there will be PayPal transaction fees charged .
2. If you have received the product and you do not like it, the same can be shipped back within 2 days and email us the courier receipt on Support@kimora.in. The shipping charges for sending the product back has to be borne by the customer. 5% of PayPal transaction amount will be deducted from the refund.
3. Once we receive the products, a strict quality check would be done by our team. Please make sure that the original packing is intact when you courier it back to us .
4. The amount refunded to you would be only for the products.
5. We unfortunately do not have exchange policy for the international customers.
6. Order is placed it can be cancelled within 24 hours only.
7. Once the product goes into customization process the order cannot be cancelled.
8. When you opt for customization with your order you can cancel it within 48 hours only.
9. For Returns - Freight charges and custom duty to be borne by the customer.
10. Please note that a complete seal packed parcel unboxing video is mandatory to be eligible for any replacement or return of broken/missing items of jewelry category.
- For order over 100 USD we provide free Shipping Worldwide. International shipping charges are 20 USD for order less than 100 USD.
- Once the order is placed, it takes 15 to 20 working days to dispatch after placing the order.
- If customization is added it will take more 4 to 5 working days to dispatch.
- So, the estimated time would be 20 to 25 working days for the order to get delivered. You will receive the tracking details once your order has been shipped.
- These timelines may be affected due to current situations.Prices are inclusive of shipping charges. Any other charges like import duty has to be borne by the customer.
-If the import duty is not paid by the customer the product will be destroyed/abandoned by the custom department and the refund will not be given for that particular order.
- If the shipping address is wrong or any mistake is made by the customer, then the customer has to make the extra payment for any changes in their address.
- Customer duty has to be paid within 2 days after the shipment arrives at your location/country.

For Kimora Studio
We do strict quality checks before delivery of any product. Hence, we don't accept returns and there is a 5 days exchange policy on the products sold in our KIMORA Studio only.
Note: Any customizations (Pico Fall, Blouse, Lehenga Stitching) done in the KIMORA Store cannot be exchanged or returned.
