Shipping Policy

Domestic Shipping Policy (India)

  1. Shipping Charges & Delivery Time

    • A token amount of Rs. 300 will be charged for Cash on Delivery (COD) orders.

    • Once an order is placed, it takes 1 to 3 business days to dispatch. After dispatch, the estimated delivery time is 4 to 5 business days, depending on the location.

    • The estimated total delivery time is 7 to 15 working days.

    • Tracking details will be shared once the order is shipped.

    • Delays may occur due to unforeseen situations.

  2. Order Cancellation Policy

    • Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placing the order.

    • If you cancel your order, a 5% deduction will be applied from the total refund amount due to PayPal transaction fees.

  3. Return & Refund Policy

    • If you receive the product and do not like it, you can return it within 2 days.

    • Customers must email the courier receipt to support@kimora.in and bear the return shipping costs.

    • A 5% deduction will be applied from the refund due to PayPal transaction fees.

    • The product must be returned in its original packaging and in unused condition.

    • A strict quality check will be conducted upon receiving the returned product.

    • Refunds are applicable only for the product cost, not for shipping charges.

    • No exchange policy is available for domestic orders.

  4. Customization Orders

    • Once a product is sent for customization, it cannot be canceled.

    • If customization is opted for, cancellation is possible within 48 hours only.


International Shipping Policy

  1. Shipping Charges & Delivery Time

    • Once an international order is placed, it takes 15 to 20 working days to dispatch.

    • If customization is added, 4 to 5 additional working days will be required before dispatch.

    • The estimated delivery time is 20 to 25 working days.

    • Tracking details will be shared once the order is shipped.

    • Delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances.

    • Our international delivery partner is DHL.

  2. Custom Duty & Additional Charges

    • Prices are inclusive of shipping charges, but any additional charges such as import duties must be borne by the customer.

    • If the import duty is not paid by the customer, the product may be destroyed or abandoned by the customs department, and no refund will be issued.

    • Customers must pay customs duty within 2 days of the shipment arriving at their location/country.

    • If the shipping address provided is incorrect or needs modification, the customer will be responsible for paying extra charges for any corrections.

    • Once the product goes into the customization process, it cannot be canceled.

    • If customization is opted for, cancellation is allowed only within 48 hours.

    • No exchange policy is available for international orders.
