Shipping Charges & Delivery Time

A token amount of Rs. 300 will be charged for Cash on Delivery (COD) orders.

Once an order is placed, it takes 1 to 3 business days to dispatch. After dispatch, the estimated delivery time is 4 to 5 business days, depending on the location.

The estimated total delivery time is 7 to 15 working days.

Order Cancellation Policy

Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placing the order.

If you cancel your order, a 5% deduction will be applied from the total refund amount due to PayPal transaction fees.

Return & Refund Policy

If you receive the product and do not like it, you can return it within 2 days.

Customers must email the courier receipt to support@kimora.in and bear the return shipping costs.

The product must be returned in its original packaging and in unused condition.

A strict quality check will be conducted upon receiving the returned product.

Customization Orders

Once a product is sent for customization, it cannot be canceled.

If customization is opted for, cancellation is possible within 48 hours only.

Once an international order is placed, it takes 15 to 20 working days to dispatch.

If customization is added, 4 to 5 additional working days will be required before dispatch.

The estimated delivery time is 20 to 25 working days.

Custom Duty & Additional Charges

Prices are inclusive of shipping charges, but any additional charges such as import duties must be borne by the customer.

If the import duty is not paid by the customer, the product may be destroyed or abandoned by the customs department, and no refund will be issued.

Customers must pay customs duty within 2 days of the shipment arriving at their location/country.

If the shipping address provided is incorrect or needs modification, the customer will be responsible for paying extra charges for any corrections.
