Dispatch Time

At Kimora, we take great care in preparing each order. Orders are typically dispatched within 3–5 working days from the date of order confirmation.

Some of our creations are Made to Order. For such products, the dispatch timeline will be clearly mentioned on the respective product pages. Any customization requests may require an additional 7–15 working days, depending on the nature of the customization.

The tentative dispatch timeline will be confirmed once your order is successfully placed and reviewed. Please note that Sundays and public holidays are not considered working days, and dispatches are not processed on these days.

Shipping Methods & Rates

  • Free shipping is available on all orders within India.

  • For international orders, shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the destination and the weight/volume of the package.

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) orders are subject to additional COD charges, which vary depending on the product weight and order value. Customers may opt for prepaid orders to avoid these charges.

  • In case of multiple items ordered together, shipments may be delivered in separate packages to ensure safe and timely delivery.

  • Each shipping address is treated as a separate order and will be subject to applicable shipping charges accordingly.

Customs Duty

Please note that at the time of placing your order, you are charged only for the product and freight. Any customs duties, clearance charges, or local taxes, if applicable, are to be borne by the customer or the recipient at the destination.

Occasionally, the Customs Department of the destination country may conduct random inspections and levy duties on incoming parcels. These charges are determined solely by the local authorities and are beyond our control. While we make every effort to ensure a smooth customs clearance, rare instances may occur.

In such cases, the applicable customs duty must be paid by the customer. We kindly request that parcels are not refused or returned due to customs charges, as this may result in additional two-way shipping costs and return customs duties in India, which would further increase the overall charges.

Shipping by Courier

All orders are shipped via express courier services. Please note that courier partners typically make up to 2 delivery attempts. In case the recipient is unavailable, further action is determined by the courier company, and Kimora shall not be held liable for the same.

Our team will proactively reach out to you as soon as we receive an update from our courier partner. We kindly request you to ensure availability and provide accurate delivery details to facilitate a smooth and timely delivery. In the event that a package is returned to us due to non-receipt, Kimora is not obligated to accept or clear the shipment.

For deliveries within India, please allow 3–5 working days, and for international orders, delivery may take 10–12 working days from the date of dispatch.

Orders placed before 2:00 PM IST are processed on the same working day. Dispatch typically takes place within 48–72 working hours following order confirmation.

Delay / Damage During Shipping

Kimora ensures that all products are delivered in excellent condition to the address confirmed at the time of order placement. Any request to change the delivery address must be approved in writing before dispatch.

All orders are packed in secure, tamper-proof packaging. If the package appears damaged or tampered with, please do not accept the delivery and inform us immediately at support@kimora.in with your order number. Once delivery is accepted, it will be considered received in good condition.

While Kimora is not liable for delays caused by courier partners, we will provide full assistance in tracking your shipment. Delays or returns due to incorrect or incomplete address or contact details are not our responsibility. In such cases, two-way shipping charges will apply if the order needs to be re-dispatched.
